Fun and Ecclectic

This "Sister Home" is the mirror image of its brother next door.

These new construction homes were completed in the spring of 2017. The owner chose several unusual features, such as transom windows above and below kitchen wall cabinets. The natural light they add enhances the appearance of the leather-textured granite they chose.

Master Bath Renovation

A seldom-used porch was enclosed to expand a new space into a luxurious spa-style bathroom.

Dramatic Kitchen Remodel

Looking at this Dining Room, Kitchen and Breakfast Nook as one space allowed Carolina Craftsman to come up with a cohesive plan that makes the most of the space.

2015 Parade of Homes Winner

This home won top honors in the 2015 Parade of Home presented by the Brunswick County Home Builders Association, taking home the Diamond Award for Best Whole House Renovation.

Happy Place at Holden Beach

The owners of this second-row home at Holden Beach had been dreaming of this update for over 4 years. In addition to collecting ideas from magazines and websites, they also collected a few unique items and materials they wanted to re-purpose in the remodel. With a need for additional space and a desire to reuse, recycle and re-purpose as much as possible, they partnered with Carolina Craftsman to totally change the look and feel of this home.

Making Every Inch Count

A more open flow updated the interior of this small beach house. The island took center stage as it replaced the separate dining table. The seating is less cramped and comfortable. Even a dishwasher was tucked in where there was no room before. Additional storage and convenient, modern appliances met the owner's needs perfectly.

ProActive Real Estate Renovation

When real estate broker Jabin Norris opened his own real estate office, he wanted a totally different approach to the real estate office environment.

Capturing the views at Holden Beach

A 2014 Parade of Homes Diamond Award winner, this spacious 3553 square foot new construction home sits on two lots at Holden Beach. It faces a canal on one side and the intracoastal waterway on the other, providing spectacular views in both directions. The home has 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The expansive outdoor decks take advantage of the views and provide generous space for outdoor living as well. The home includes an elevator, walkway and deck on the canal with floating boat dock, garage and additional storage space.

From the Ground Up

These two mirror image houses are the most recent additions to our new construction portfolio. See the finished homes above.

Tideline Fabrics Remodel

The challenge here was to make exterior repairs to the existing brick building and create a smooth transition inside from the original building to the recently added metal building.
